Our Rates
We like to keep things simple and transparent, so you always know exactly what to expect before any work begins. Whether it’s updates, new features, troubleshooting or general support, our goal is to give you fast, reliable help without any surprises.
Standard Hourly Rate
Our standard rate for website work is $120 per hour. This covers everything from development and maintenance to chasing down bugs and sorting out unexpected issues.
Discounted Rates for Maintenance Clients
If you are on one of our maintenance plans, you receive our reduced rate of $90 per hour.
Each plan also includes 15 minutes of free troubleshooting or bug fixing every month, which is usually enough to sort out the quick little things that pop up from time to time.
Office Hours
Our normal hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Most work is scheduled within these times so we can test, back up and communicate properly as we go.
After Hours and Emergency Work
We understand that some issues can’t wait. When we are available, we can handle urgent evening or weekend jobs.
These are charged at:
Time and a half for existing clients on a maintenance plan
Double time for clients who are not on a plan
This helps us make sure your urgent work is prioritised without delaying other projects already booked in.
